CRG Information Services GmbH and meacon became NOWSHARE Software & Consulting GmbH
Due to changing requirements of our customers plus an expansion of our business areas CRG Information Services GmbH from Augsburg and meacon from Filderstadt merged to NOWSHARE Software and Consulting GmbH, effective from April 20, 2011. With this change we wanted to encourage our strategic advancement as well as our orientation towards Microsoft SharePoint in a sustainable manner.
As a member of the TIMETOACT group (www.timetoact.de) we are able to offer our customers an enhanced spectrum of services.
